The average shipping time is 5-7 business days depending on the delivery destination. Some of our products may come from a shipper that requires longer processing and shipping time.

Our Standard and international shipping rates vary and are based on the shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Normally, it takes 1-3 business days for us to process your orders, we will check the product quality, package products, transport products to logistics companies, etc. to ensure providing a perfect shopping experience. Non-stock items will be sent out according to different processing times. You can check it from the product page. It may be delayed if we encounter holidays. Orders are shipped out from primarily domestic (U.S. based) warehouses and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as they can!

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, of course. You can track your shipment through the tracking number sent to you by a shipping confirmation email, click on it, and it will redirect you to the tracking page. Allow 3 -5 days for the tracking information to be updated on the site.
